  • Business Information: Business name, phone number, address, email, and contact lists uploaded by you.
  • Conversation Data: Transcripts and logs of conversations between your AI agent and your contacts.
  • Technical Data: Cookies, local storage, and similar technologies that help us improve app performance.

We do not collect other personal or sensitive data beyond what is described above.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Operate and provide the Toow platform.
  • Enable your AI agent to interact with your contacts.
  • Generate analytics for your account (e.g., number of emails sent/received, conversation sessions handled by AI).
  • Improve our services and monitor performance.

Your data is not used for advertising and is not sold or shared with third parties.

3. External Services

We use third-party providers to process certain types of data:

  • OpenRouter (LLMs such as GPT) – conversation processing.
  • ElevenLabs – text-to-speech.
  • Gmail APIs – email integration.

Your audio, emails, and conversation data may pass through these services only as necessary for providing functionality.

4. Data Storage & Security

  • All data is stored in PostgreSQL databases.
  • Sensitive data such as tokens (e.g., Gmail) is encrypted.
  • All connections are secured with SSL.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

  • We retain data for as long as your account is active.
  • You may request account deletion or data export at any time (features currently being developed).

6. Age Restrictions

Toow is intended for business owners and users over the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

7. International Users

We serve users worldwide. By using Toow, you agree that your data may be transferred and stored in the United States (future business registration location).

8. Your Rights

  • Request access to your data.
  • Request deletion of your data.
  • Withdraw consent to our processing.
